The first generation of students with completed IV class and passed final exam was in the school year 1948/49.
Since the 1956/57 school year there has been an Economic Classroom with first grade classes, so no first grade students in the gymnasium are enrolled that year. The other upper classes in the gymnasium gradually died out. The abolition of the gymnasium was due to the abolition of gymnasiums in the smaller towns in the US. R. Macedonia, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education.
In the school year 1959/60 the first generation of economists finished. Students from the Economics Technicum attended classes in the current building of the elementary school “Mosa Pijade” – Kocani.

The principal, 57 teachers, 4 expert assistants (psychologist, pedagogue, special education teacher and librarian) are responsible for the realization of the educational work in the school. 2 administrative workers and 7 technical staff contribute to the provision of adequate working conditions in the school.
